Respiratory Products

We carry the following respiratory products for worker safety in the dangerous surface preparation field:

Type CE Respirators approved by NIOSH for abrasive blasting from the following manufacturers:

Bullard (the 88VX helmet)

Clemco (the Apollo helmet)

MSA (the Abrasi-Blast hood-style respirator)

RPB (the NOVA 2000 helmet)

For each brand we also carry the associated capes, lenses, breathing tubes, airline filters and replacement cartridges, and other replacement parts.

Breathing Air Purification and Monitoring equipment

The Air Systems brand of products for filtering and monitoring the breathing air going to the respirator. These include the stand-alone Carbon Monoxide (CO) monitor as well as the Breather Box (TM), which has a Carbon Monoxide monitor mounted in a sturdy case along with a 3-stage filtration system to remove bulk water and particulate, oils and mists, and organic vapors and odors. The Breather Box (TM) does not remove Carbon Monoxide but does monitor CO levels and sounds an alarm if the PEL is exceeded.

The MST Respiratory Protector (R) also has a CO monitor mounted in a sturdy case along with a 4-stage filtration system. This system also removes bulk water and particulates, oils and mists, and organic vapors and odors. In addition, the 4th stage contains a low temperature catalyst which removes CO and other toxic gases from the breathing air supply.
