Vector Vacuums

Vector "Vecloader" Vacuums are diesel-powered or electric-powered 28" Hg trailer-mounted or skid-mounted vacuums for high production transfer of solids and liquids to containers, roll-offs, trucks, etc. Discharge chute can be elevated up and away from the vacuum for dumping into a variety of disposal options of varying heights and sizes. Commonly used to remove large quantities of abrasives and other solids from petrochemical and water storage tanks, ships, rail cars, etc.

In the abrasive blasting industry, much time is spent and injuries incurred in the process of removal of many tons of abrasive from confined spaces such as tanks, ships, rail cars and underground vaults. The process often involves a lot of pushing and shoveling, wheeling and carrying, and buckets and conveyors. Although a vacuum may be a big investment, it can be a tremendous timesaver and prevent a lot of back injuries and lost-time.
